You can practice with me at Hot House Yoga in Iowa City, Coralville, and North Liberty where I teach group classes every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. These studio classes are grounding, energizing, and always infused with heart. Whether you’re brand new or deep in your practice, you’re welcome here!

I bring in breathwork, mindful movement, somatic tools, and a whole lot of encouragement to help you build strength, mobility, and confidence at your own pace. Taught in-home or at the studio, private yoga is open to all bodies, genders, and identities because this practice belongs to everyone.
