Welcome to Emily Rose Yoga & Co. (“EmRoYoCo”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of my website, booking systems, classes, coaching sessions, workshops, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using my Services, you agree to these Terms.
 

1. General Use of the Website

  • The content on this site (including text, images, videos, and materials) is owned by Emily Rose Yoga & Co. and protected by copyright law.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

  • You agree to use this site and my Services for lawful purposes only, and not in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the experience of other users.
     

2. Booking & Cancellation Policies

  • Bookings for personal classes (Hothouse Yoga excluded), events, or coaching sessions must be made through the approved booking platform or directly through me.

  • Cancellation policies will be stated at the time of booking and may vary by event or session.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee, unless otherwise agreed.
     

3. Payments

  • All fees for Services must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but you will always be charged the amount agreed upon at the time of booking.
     

4. Coaching-Specific Disclaimer

  • Coaching is a collaborative, client-driven process. I do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or achievements.

  • Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you need medical or mental health support, please seek appropriate professional help.
     

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emily Rose Yoga & Co. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from participation in Services or use of the website.
 

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
 

7. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
