Emily and guest teachers will host a weekly live call to walk you through different modalities of meditation and to share our reflections in a safe space. We will learn and grow together!

Community connection is the magic sauce! Here you'll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded folks, ask questions of your teachers and fellow students, and tap into the excitement and accountability group programming provides.

PDF Guidebooks

A deep-dive guidebook will be emailed out each week with resources, "soul work," bonus content, journal prompts, and more! Print off or type your reflections directly in the Canva link.

Coaching Sessions

Have a particular issue you'd like to address with a meditation practice? Facing a hurdle you'd like to work through? In these pop-up coaching sessions, Emily will walk you through how mindfulness tools may help. 

Option to attend live with Emily or submit your inquiry for general discussion.

Sessions will be held on Wednesdays at Noon CST

Participation Prizes

Each week, we will be giving away prizes designed to help you on your mindfulness journey.

Prizes will be themed to that week's modality and mailed out at the end of our program. 

We can't wait to share these tools with you and make meditation accessible and FUN!

  • What if I can't make the live calls?
    All of our live workshops will be recorded and stored in our Facebook group as well as emailed directly to your inbox! You can access them at anytime, forever. You may also use the Facebook group to ask questions and share about your experience along the way.
  • What if I don't have Facebook?
    That's okay! While we would LOVE to have you interacting with the group, we understand not everyone has a Facebook account. You may always ask questions via email. Attending the live calls is highly encouraged!
  • What will the weekly structure look like?
    You can expect to receive 2-3 emails per week: A mid-week check-in with bonus materials, a workshop reminder on Sunday morning, and a reflection email Sunday evening with your guidebook and any soul-work for that week. Throughout the course, we'll be posting/sharing in the private Facebook group.
  • How can I win the weekly prizes?
    You will have the opportunity to earn three entries per week. One entry: showing up to the live workshop call Two entries: sharing about your experience/work on social media and tagging Emily (@EmilyRoseYogaCo)
