26 & 2: No Flow Yoga

Saturdays, 8a.m. CST

Hot 26, Bikram Yoga, 26 & 2... we refer to this practice in different ways, but the foundation is the same: 26 poses + 2 breathwork sequences = a deeply introspective ritual that will completely flip your perspective of what the asana of yoga can be.

Unlike a vinyasa/flow class, each pose is held for around a minute, giving you time to "click in," observing your body and mind's reaction to each pose, each breath; practicing extreme presence. No flow, no music, all YOU vs YOU! Class will be heated.

Vinyasa: Flow Yoga

Saturdays, 10a.m. CST

Vinyasa refers to a type of yoga that flows from posture to posture moving with breath. We will move through seated stretches, sun salutations, flow sequences, balance postures, backbends, hip openers, and end with a savasana (lying down on our backs to rest). This energetic class is made for all ability levels. You are welcome just as you are.

Full Moon Yin Yoga.png

Full Moon Yin Yoga

Monthly on Full Moons, 7:30p.m. CST

Restore, Release, and Rest. Sink into a practice uniquely designed each month to reflect the new lunar cycle. In some yoga schools of thought, the full moon provides us with SO much energy, that practicing a flow can do more harm than good. So, we rest.

Yin yoga involves holding stretches for longer – minutes on end - to target your joints and to encourage your connective tissue to release and soften. The focus of a Yin practice is primarily to free up the body’s energy and promote a deep sense of wellbeing. (75-min class)
